Privacy Policy
Orbit PullEffective date: August 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Orbit Pull ("the App," "we," "us") collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. We built Orbit Pull to keep your data footprint as small as possible: your progress lives on your device, and we don't collect your name, email address, or any other directly-identifying personal information.
1.Information We Collect
Device advertising identifiers (via Google AdMob). Orbit Pull shows optional rewarded video ads (for example, to revive after a crash) through Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) and related technical data (device type, operating system version, coarse location derived from IP, ad interaction data) to serve and measure ads. If you grant App Tracking Transparency permission, some of this data may be used to personalize the ads you see; if you decline, you'll still see ads, but they'll be less tailored to you. You can review or withdraw this permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device, or reset your advertising identifier in Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
Game Center (via Apple GameKit). If you choose to sign in to Game Center, Orbit Pull submits your high score to a global leaderboard using Apple's GameKit framework. This shares your Game Center nickname/alias and player identifier โ both managed entirely by Apple โ with Apple's Game Center service so your score can be ranked and displayed. Signing in to Game Center is entirely optional: the game is fully playable without it, and skipping it (or having no Game Center account) simply hides the leaderboard.
Local device storage. Your game progress โ Stardust, high score, unlocked ship trails, and settings โ is stored locally on your device only. It is never transmitted to us or to any server we control.
In-app purchases. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment details (card numbers, billing address, Apple ID password) โ Apple handles that directly under its own privacy policy.
Support correspondence. If you email us for support, we collect only what you choose to include in that email โ typically your email address and message. We use this solely to investigate and resolve your issue, and retain it only as long as reasonably needed to do so.
2.How We Use Information
- To display and measure advertising through Google AdMob.
- To submit and display your high score on the Game Center leaderboard, if you've signed in.
- To process in-app purchases through Apple's StoreKit.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
- To diagnose crashes and technical issues, using aggregated, non-identifying diagnostic data where applicable.
3.Third-Party Services
Orbit Pull relies on the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:
| Service | Purpose | Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | In-app advertising | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Apple StoreKit | In-app purchases | apple.com/legal/privacy |
| Apple Game Center | Optional high-score leaderboard | apple.com/legal/privacy |
4.Children's Privacy
Orbit Pull is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information (for example, through the support form), please contact us using the details below and we will delete it.
5.Data Security
Your save data is stored locally and protected with an integrity signature to detect tampering or corruption โ it is not designed as an encrypted vault against a determined attacker with access to your device, and no method of storage is 100% secure. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date.
6.Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR (EEA/UK) or CCPA (California) to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Since we don't collect account-linked personal data beyond what you voluntarily send us via support, most of these rights are already exercised by simply not contacting us, or by asking us to delete a prior support message. To make a request, use the contact details in Section 8.
7.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Orbit Pull. By downloading, installing, or playing Orbit Pull, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1.License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Orbit Pull on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
2.Virtual Currency
Orbit Pull includes an in-game virtual currency called Stardust ("Virtual Currency").
- Virtual Currency has no real-world monetary value and is not redeemable for cash or any other tangible value, under any circumstance.
- Virtual Currency is non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts, devices, or players.
- Virtual Currency is licensed to you, not sold โ you have no ownership interest, property right, or other legal interest in it.
- We may adjust, rebalance, or reset Virtual Currency balances or earn rates in connection with game updates, bug fixes, or anti-cheat enforcement.
3.In-App Purchases
Stardust top-up packs and the Double Stardust Multiplier Pass may be purchased with real money through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All purchases are billed and processed by Apple, subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com โ we do not have the ability to process refunds directly and, except where required by applicable law, all sales are final. The Double Stardust Multiplier Pass is a non-consumable purchase and can be restored on a new device using the Restore Purchases option in the cosmetic shop.
4.Game Center & Leaderboards
Orbit Pull's high-score leaderboard is provided through Apple's Game Center service. Signing in, staying signed in, and the leaderboard's availability are managed entirely by Apple and outside of our control. We may remove or reset a submitted score at our discretion if it appears to result from cheating, an exploit, or tampered save data.
5.Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software (including jailbreak/root tools, memory editors, or save-file editors) to modify, forge, or tamper with locally stored save data, Virtual Currency balances, or leaderboard scores;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's code or assets except as permitted by applicable law;
- Interfere with the app's normal operation, security measures, or anti-tampering protections;
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
6.Age Requirement

7.Intellectual Property
Orbit Pull, including its design, artwork, code, and all related trademarks, is owned by Braxton Chandler and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
8.Disclaimer of Warranties
Orbit Pull is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ad fill, Game Center connectivity, or Virtual Currency balances will always be available.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of Virtual Currency, save data, leaderboard standing, or progress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Orbit Pull at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
11.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
12.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
